this recruiting cycle i applied mostly for swe and only got 2 swe processes and was worried "industrial engineering" sounds too industrial

i would rec swapping the projs with some trading strat you implement yourself(choose whatever, I made mid freq crypto trading bot just for fun and ended up helping with a lot of interviews tbh). helped me pass screen for GSA cap, IMC and some smaller shops but for Tier 1 its basically auto OA+ace interviews ngl

^ at least for internship screening it should hold, imo discovery days for QT/QR is heavily overrated and you'd be better off doing some autistic shit that quants recruit from
