2-year locked into a consulting contract.
They're a consulting company, you're employed with them and get hire as a consultant by their clients after 6-10 months of training.
Pay is trash (40k)
Can't leave before 2-year

If you live in Canada (Ontario) it is not enforceable

The pay is indeed trash, I highly recommend grinding as opposed to working for them.

Also , you don't get choice in your client. I know some of my coworkers in training were forced into QA (manual QA) roles which they were not pleased with.

Their training is eh. For SWE its basically SPRING, SQL, and Angular

You also , more often than not , don't get a say in what tech stack you ultimately do. I work for a T5 Bank atm and its heavily restrictive (VBA being used instead of what I trained with)
