really caught be off guard since I was expecting a leetcode question

for lp he did say that I had a really good story and that I should remember it and I breifly remmeber him saying if and when I work for amazon

but he said that before I failed the techical part

I also remmeber he was writing a lot of notes

I explained my thought process but man it was rough I needed a lot of help. he was super nice about it tho and said I got the big ideas right

I think he knew he was testing me on something I was weak in tho

I had a background in competitive coding so I think he purposly asked me a non leet code question

after the techical i thought I just bombed so when it came to question I just asked him about finding what I'd want to do in tech as someone just entering the field

i was never assigned an recruiter so I just sent an email about the ai ml team which I saw my portal location change for to the email that send me the waitlist
