Yeah that's the thing
But
It's possible lots of people didn't update the spreadsheet
22/61 reported in the Canada spreadsheet got offer
Real number is probably closer to 30
They were also interviewing till april
@quasi solstice ya that's fair, do u think people who int early should get some priority or nah, are u also wl tho?
I think there probably is some priority there, when I sorted by date interviewed, everyone who interviewed 3/12 or before got offer
Also no I'm not wl
Interviewed 2/26
was there another waitlist wave after march 3rd this year?
I don't think so
Another guy and chatgpt also theorized that those without wl or rejection are in the process of actively being team matched, and if that doesn't work out then they're put in wl
At the very least, if they wanted to reject us, they'd have done it alreadyðŸ˜
yeah i think they reject pretty quickly
yall prob fine
i interviewed 2/27 got waitlist monday
I think one of two possibilities:
- They're waiting to clear the initial waitlist en masse at some point end of this week or next week, and then they'll put us on wl
- As chat said, they're trying to actively team match us before putting us on the wl
I don't think its by school, my friend who interviewed 2/18 got waitlisted 2/28
Ngl gang this gotta be heavy cope, it could go either way. wl might be strong hires, that's why they want to keep them warm by letting them know that you 100% passed, we're just waiting for potential position to open up. Non wl could be strong hires - trying to team match them before moving onto wl
But if you see Canada has more conversions and us doesn’t
nah mane maybe biased here, but i think i nailed my int 11/10, VO 2/11
^ same
Luckily I'm Can😳
But also, you gotta take into account many people probably didn't update their status
