I got the email saying I was moved forward to interview scheduling at Dec 31st and then wait for the survey email until today. Still never heard anything back from them.

Yeah. Ironically, when I follow up asking when I will receive the interview availability survey, they reply with the last line stating that they are looking forward to potentially move my application to the next step.

No, just an email saying my OA is waived and is move forward to interview scheduling, and the availability survey will be sent in the next following days.
