I’ve heard that it’s not a good idea to do this, as each interviewer takes notes and if two of them have the same stories it might not show as much of a breadth of experiences (just my feeling tho)

I grouped most of the LPs into 4-5 categories and came up with 2-4 stories for each grouping. That pretty much covered anything they could possibly ask

Strings, graphs, sets and one of them the optimal solution was supposed to be with tries, but I didn’t get the optimal

That was basically it. Some LPs are similar like customer obsession and ownership, so I grouped them and came up with 2-4 STAR stories for that grouping. I didn’t memorize the stories or anything, just had the key points down

Also they may straight up say the LP when asking you, they weren’t really trying to be sneaky or anything

The right way to do it was a DP solution, there’s another Trie solution but I did a brute force
