hey @zealous pulsar were you solely asked lc-ish questions or was there any resume grilling too?
mine wasn’t even lc lmao
it was some robot ood question
for like 40-45 mins
then 10-15 min for one resume q and any q i had
oh damn, on coderpad?
yeah
were they also fine with a language of your choice?
yeah any language is fine
awesome
which team?
this team ood
was it a hard ood tho?
vehicle software/integration platforms
any going into oop principles like inheritance, etc? or just simple create classes and use them as needed
I've been prepping mostly lc
but maybe I should revive some oop principles rq
nah didn’t ask ab principles
i guess as long as uk how to design classes u should be fine
awesome, happy for you 🫡
good job, good luck 🙏
yeah lol
I got one tmr, hopefully goes well
i was expecting lc
interviewer initials?
BC
good luck i hope it goes well!!
the interviewers are on the team right
yeah
i see i see
which one do you have it for @crystal agate?
firebolt
mine is for the traffic engineering team. was a reachout
i lowkey might get cooked
i strive to have the level of luck people get in their interviews here man
i always get asked some weird ass trivia instead of any form of coding or leetcode
this team's tech stack is mainly python, rust, and go (for just coding) so hopefully I get smth like lc
do not want to get asked rust and go trivia
uh oh
I did put them as two of my weakest languages so hopefully not
i’ve heard they ask rust trivia for those roles
for this interview tho, they gave a coderpad
yeah
and it's only 45 mins
like rust trivia + code in rust
so I assume prolly just lc/ood and some resume
they did say could code in language most comfortable in
so I'm going in pure python because coding in rust during an interview is cursed
the recruiter said that right
or even go, since I haven't looked at it since summer
man I put it as my weakest language so I hope not
what happened was I got reached out for tesla cloud
but they didn't want me but then traffic engg got interested
yeah at that point like the job is gonna be hell anyways
how’d it go
pretty intense but overally pre well
hope I made it through
had a lot of theory + many coding q's + behavioral
oh damn
was it lc style for the coding portion?
and was the theory specific for ur role
a mix
some but a few q's were algo-based
was not expecting it but surprised that it went as well as it did
will be very sad after allat if it don't go through
they said recruiting ends first week of march so dunno if there would still be 3 interviews, assuming I passed
honestly, today's felt like 3 interviews put together
felt similar to me except i just had one lc and then got grilled a lot on resume
i’m assuming the same for my final
