if ur going for swe, I'd try to brand everything as Developer or Engineer
since ML Scientist is a slightly diff role from SWE and recruiters will get confused if you put "Machine Learning Research"
i mean the research projects still look cool, just focus on the development parts instead of the modeling
and either put your professor's name/group/publication if it was part of an official campus job or just re-label the section to projects
also did the startup give you such a long title? if ur going for pure swe, i think its best to keep the title concise and put the PM and AI points in the bullets
