I finished the OA in December. Recruiter reached out a few days ago for a newer position I applied to, asked me to complete the OA. I told her I have not yet received an OA however, I had completed one in December. She then sent a rejection email to me 🙂

You’re right I was thinking mathematically, but even if your 1400 apps translates to 300 real apps (allows sponsorship) they would more than likely go with candidates who don’t require it. So yeah that sucks man all I can see is keep going you’ll get there I know it.
