!process Amazon interview done scared

I gave me amazon vo today I think I did good enough in the first two rounds but the last round I think I fumbled a bit. Did anyone face same issues? Need some advice plz.

Full LC but she asked me not to use any of already known algorithms like BFS/DFS etc.She said unlearn all the algorithm uk and then solve this problem. It was basically the police trying to reach from (0,0) to any point in the grid as fast as possible and then everytime I provided an answer she made it more difficult by adding barricades and then even more by adding fire to the barricade situation.
