I dont think u get to choose. For me he said there’s only 2 spots left, one for CHI one for NYC and I better fit the team for CHI so he gave me that location. But I mentioned SJ as my preference but I dont think it matters

No lol like I got verbal offer yesterday and my offer came 2 hours ago after the survey

It really depends on the person interviewing. I got hypothetical/conceptual questions and the HM said my answers were unique so I passed the interview. But the key thing to remember is that PayPal is a company that focuses a lot on its users so tailor ur answers towards that if needed.

Yeah it was also Braintree. The questions were like general STAR method questions + 2 conceptual ones, like tell me about a technical challenge, stuff like that

The HM was curious about projects/extracurriculars I did so he just wanted to have a casual conversation about specific projects I did just to learn more but not rly technical
