I see. Thank you!
whats the internal process after final intervie
like the interviewer gives feedback whether or not to hire
and then do the recruiters revisit all your info or what
or is it team matching
idk
1 day to 2 weeks
so random. waiting is torturing me
There is no team matching. They just assign you to a random team.
oh what damn
wait so do they like think about whether or not to hire and all or is that in the interviewers hands
cause interviewer ik gave me good feedback
scared the recruiter gonna do some bs
It all in the interviewer hand I think. They give the yes or no. If you vibe well with your interviewer you have a good shoot.
;-; okay thanks for sharing
the interviewer noted down my answers to behavioral questions during the interview. What is this for
they always make notes
I think it just so it helps make it easier for them to make a decision
is there any positive sign that can be found in the interview?
Nah tbh. I seen people on this discord who thought they did really well and still get rejected. Other people thought they bomb it and got the offer. It’s all rng based on the interviewer.
yeah, So I don't know...
Yeah unfortunately
I had my interview in early Jan. I got the offer like 2 weeks after my interview.
God damn two weeks
2 weeks is a horrible wait
Did you follow up?
Nah I didn’t but I thought I got rejected bc of how long they were taking lol
I finished my technicals early and talked with the interviewer about boxing and shit for 20 mins
I noticed the longer the better they reject pretty fast
People get rejected even after 2 weeks
That's fucked
Nah that not true. People have gotten rejected after 2 weeks unfortunately. They only reject fast for the OA
Basically after the interview u can get any kind off decision within a day to 2 weeks
There are people who have been rejected one day after the interview and also people who have been offered one day after
Yeah it rng basically on how fast people get a decisions.
Guess it depends how fast your interviewer sends their feedback or something
But at the same time there's a lot of people to process so I guess makes sense
Theyll send an email if they reject after oa right
Yeah they send an email after oa for rejection. That what they did to me last year. If you fail the OA, they usually reach out to you very quickly.
I got rejected after 3 weeks💀
Did you ask for any update or just waiting?
yea i followed up twice
second time i followed up got a response saying they are forwarding my email to the appropriate team
then rejection next day
so sad
did u get rejected after final or OA, and was this for SDE intern?
Final and yes
how do u feel it went
Pretty good, got a hard so I needed some help from interviewer but I feel like that’s acceptable
After
