I thought it was ok, as we were continuously communicating with each other ad talking throught the process
like in coding round, i messed up the variables names 2 times

but at times I felt that interviewer was not able to understand
the interviewer was middle eastern and I think there was a communication gap

The interviewer decides based on if u passed the interview + if theyd like working with you
So if u truly did good on LPs and Tech, they prob just didnt like ur vibe for whatever reason

If u got rejected
It means the interviewer put u for “no hire”
I dont think its that simple
The interviewer will rate u on LPs and coding ( problem solving + writing clean code + DSA)
And finally the recruiting team will take the call
Not just hire / no hire there is probably strong hire weak hire as well
