I saw some people who took the final on 1/27 being rejected already, afaik no one got an offer and there are at least 7 people that I know who took the final on 1/27 and havent heard back(no rejection)

for me, I know 5 guys took final the same day as me
I took on wednes
one got reject thursday
one got offer friday
two got offer next week tues
I got offer next week thurs

But it seems true that rejections come way before offers
And it makes sense because for offers they need to do a whole lotta stuff like loc allocation, docs and stuff
