from my understanding this is the most important interview if anything, if you get it. i dont think everyone gets one because bar raisers will never ask leetcode and some people report getting leetcode in all 3 interviews
but they are specifically trained interviewers from anywhere in the org who just grill you on behavioral
if they dont like you they can veto your hire even if your other interviewers really like you is my understanding

you have to do well to get hired, i dont think bar raiser has any impact on where you're placed

its because the rule at amazon is they only want to hire you if you meet the "bar" of being better than at least 50% of people in similar roles currently at the company, and so the interviewer by determining whether to hire you is "raising the bar"
