I was in team match since it opened and had L recruiter for like 2 months

Then she got laid off and my new recruiter got me 2 calls ina week and i finally matched

You keep your recruiter after questionnaire

Its their job to read your profile then send your profile out to prospective hosts based on your exp i think

Recruiters send profiles to host

Hosts look at who they get sent and choose if they wanna call ppl

Hosts can see the interview performance and questionnaire and resume of profiles theyre sent

Hosts can call multiple candidates at once and stack rank (took me 4 calls to match bc i didnt have strong prev internships)
