I'm not a great example, I interned there last summer, so I just sent in my application, emailed the recruiters I know saying I applied, then had a casual interview with the manager for the position.
Last year though, I applied, emailed a recruiter I had connected with previously, and had two technical interviews focused on ML and logic topics.
Amazing!, thanks for the reply. So I have a 30mins call with the engineering manager, what would you suggest me to prepare? I have an idea on the job description and the role they are looking for. It matches with my experience.
What's the position? And who are you interviewing with?
If you are very SWE heavy in experience, I would recommend getting familiar with EDA & VLSI to at least a high level extent
They probably won't ask you that, but it doesn't hurt to know
My interview asked me some logic puzzles, no great way to prepare, how the transformer architecture (I was applying for an ML role) worked, and wrote some LC easy problems
