from what i heard you still need to tell HR you reached out to some managers and keep everyone in the loop, they just may not like that you did their job?

I saw two linkedin posts today of managers themselves posting that they are recruiting for L3, and if u cleared the interview tell the recruiter that u are interested in the manager's team
so idk how that would work
