They had a coding competition back in 2021, I did well, got an interview and an offer.

My degree was in operations research but I did code and leetcode

Quora is a great place to learn, the company is still small (120 engineers) and you should be working on features that are important

I think you should have a prep doc, for the behavioral question prepare to answer anything mentioned in the doc

For technical problems, interviewers have interviewed other people and we have some calibration standards internally.

My personal philosophy is that technical interviews is there to check that you know how to code and talk through your code.
