omg this might be why their process seems so "random" and ppl who did well on their interviews still got rejected

like it could be that they just have too many candidates who do well in their interviews so they have to make arbitrary choices on who to proceed with

it seems that they were kind of managing with that earlier but now that their hc is filling up they really need to refine their approach

I'm afraid this whole thing is going to force them to come up with a harder interview process at this point since so many people pass
