Umm, this company should only be considered as a last-resort option.

Their model is to recruit, train, and deploy you as a SWE or whatever other service they offer.

They take a cut of your earnings. They pay you like $50k then up your pay until your 2-year contract is up.

Their model is similar to FDM Group. The difference between Revaature and FDM is that FDM pays you a minimum wage salary while they train you, and Revature doesn't pay you while they train you.

There is a new company on the block called HTD Talent which appears to better than FDM given the info on their website.
