If there is anything systemic on our end working against you it's that many managers and directors have not yet had time to readjust to junior hiring being a thing
Like right now we have two open spots on our team that our manager is trying to fill but they both need an IC5+ based on our team backlog
But that's not at all true across the board
Lots of teams especially in product have essentially permanently open IC3 spots because of the nature of the work they do
