For me I had 2 on campus, then the "superday" was just third tech + recruiter call

and theyre scheduling EM for a seperate day

I think most people have EM and Recruiter same day though so it just seems to vary

and it seems like bho had just the techs and recruiter as well

Some people only have two techs, some have 3, idk why

its a 30 minute standard behavioral. Also a lot of time for you to ask them questions, and go over standard logistics (competing offers, etc.)

Some people have EM right after, for me I didn't

amazon nyc is 200k tc so bb only beats it with a strong competing offer and negotiation

Also bb doesnt do promo pay

instead every year you get like a 10% raise for the first 3 years

but if you think about that, thats basically like a ~30-40k raise in two years

vs at amazon like a 70-100 raise in two years
