Looking pretty good. I'd work on quantifying your hard data/impact portions of all your bullets, some of the things you've highlighted aren't quite highlighting the impact.
Ex: First Application developer role second bullet. The form is used by hundred of students and faculty per month but what time or resource efficiencies (preferably hard % etc.) were gained with your use of front-end languages? Take that mindset to all the bullets
