they’re probably full by now
as in they have enough ppl in interview where even if they reject 90% they’d hit hc or something
I literally applied the day it came out and got the OA last week why did they do that?
It could also be the behavioral. From what I’ve heard the work preferences thing is more important than the OA performance
To get a final. Once you’re in the final it’s all about solving 4/4 optimally
Agree
I thought I did alright on that...
its more about like fitting to their values i think
they are selective on that
maybe you did do alright on both and there was some bad RNG that made them reject idk im sorry
idk what i'm going to do now this was the only actual process i got in 3 months...
I can’t think of why, because the behaviorals were very obvious, like there wasn’t really any 50-50 answers.
is your recruiter MA
no, JP
when did u take the oa? I took mine on Friday and Lowkey scared I might get rejected as well.
monday
not even close to true
they hire up until March
So I guess I failed the behavioral? I thought I did fine on the behavioral and that the answers were kinda obvious but idk...
I think even 1 wrong answer will kill your app on that assessment
Ok what the fuck?
That’s so stupid…
Especially because of how nonchalantly they referred to it on the site. “Oh it’s just a work preference assessment, you don’t need to prepare for it”
When do they hire most?
this number is not true anymore 💀
my friend who got an offer 2 days ago got told 200 offers have been given out
Why will someone tell that to a candidate? If said, what will be the expected headcount?
