Uwaterloo?
UofT
were you asked LC and LLD ?
yes
congrats! how many behavioral questions do the bar raisers ask during their round?
Do they call or mail for the offer?
I got 3 with hella followups
Call and then email
Congrats
Thanks! The worst part is waiting after the final loop imo
any prep advice?
Do your best, be polite to your interviewers, communicate your thought process, and pray
Also interviewers are hard to read, so don’t falter or be discouraged if they don’t seem engaged
Compliments or what seems like a good conversation doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll want to hire either
Nothing is decided until you get an offer/rejection, and until then all bets are off (don’t spend a week catastrophizing about everything you could’ve done better)
So like I said just do your best
CS, 2024
?
I applied for the SDE 1 - Redshift position but I guess they interviewed me for the CS 2024 position lol
Cause i don’t think my team will be redshift
Damn that’s good
Did you had a full OOD round and a full LP round? and how hard was the LC problems?
Yea I had a full OOD round and a full behavioural
LC easy/med
(also I won’t be answering questions beyond my overall experience, please don’t dm me about LC or behavioural questions I don’t wanna get dinged 😢)
what resources did you use for OOD?
I didn’t study for OOD as my uni taught it really well, but knowing the object oriented principles + patterns and the problems they solve should help you learn
