I dont think so. The interviewer for my second round was a shadow

Didnt know they allowed shadows to interview

But either ways he kept trying to give me hints which normally would be a good thing, but i didnt need it and giving hints deduct points

Ok. Just reply this one. I also had interview on Oct 31, I got rejected mail for Software Dev Engineer - Computer Science (ID: 2799085) at 4pm on Nov 1. I actually didn't apply for this role, but the title of my final loop was this. That role is now closed. Just want to know how the interview went for u ? I don't see any reason to mine to be rejected.

Asking this because u had the same date and AWS. And got similar rejection mail in same time.

I applied for dynamo db, recruiter also replied as dynamo db, but during final loop, the Amazon chime title was dev comp science. I believe they might be matching internally

And if the role has closed we might receive a default mail right ? And what if they could be processing us internally.

Another thing is I don't see anybody getting any results who had an interview on or after Oct 31

A hr contacted for SDE -1 role and was in touch with me the entire process. I've interviewed a week and during that time the application status changed to under consideration.

Now after a week, I've received an automated mail saying that "After careful consideration, we've decided not to progress with your application for this role. ".

Should I take this as a rejection or should I wait for my HR to communicate?
