when applying to Amazon sde, they will team match you and shift your application to an internal role with a different job id. I believe you have been rejected for the role you interviewed for.

17th Oct: Got another call from some other recruiter to ask availability and confirm date for final.
23rd Oct : Final
23rd Oct 2 hrs after final, got a reject
24 Oct : got offer

Is this for sde new grad or sde 1? Cause I don’t think for sde new grad there is recruiter assigned right??

yeah so that was a weird case, this doesn't really happen often. It's possible this happened to you, however if you haven't recieved an offer atp it's likely you've been rejected and it was not a mistake since you were rejected for the internal job ID.
Similar in that situation, I believe they were rejected as a means to move their application internally.
Unfortunately the Amazon's application portal is terrible on both sides from what I've read.
It's good that you've contacted your recruiter, however at this moment in time I would move forwards with other processes and take this as a rejection :(
we won't really know what is the final result until confirmed by your recruiter and it's better not to get your hopes up
