there's a non-zero chance i would choose msft over linkedin.

working extremely closely with msft recruiter and they're surprisingly honoring my team preferences for highly visible / critical ml infra teams.

namely bitnet, onnx, and deepspeed.

plus it's remote.

so if out of all my offers msft offers the best team i'll prob go there
