After final last Tuesday
Damn I’m sorry. What’s the process like? I did the behavioral profile thingy and have to do the assessment and I have my phone on Tuesday
mine was oa + behavioral -> phone call from recruiter telling me I was in the final -> scheduled final and asked to complete forms -> did final
the final isn't really an interview, I had no case study and it was just a role introduction and getting asked about prior experience
Damn so rly the only way they evaluate you is phone and OA?
The only technical part is the OA
tbh a lot of people have negative thoughts on it but imo it's very straightforward
it's more of a logic test than a leetcode-style test (though there is a section of lc problems)
took me ~2hrs and from what I've heard, you want decent accuracy + high speed
That’s what I figured based off what I read
What’s this about math? You don’t have to share the question but like… what do they want lol
if you go on the subreddit you can get details about the parts but there are 4 in total. one lc, one quickfire math (10 q's in 2 mins iirc), one custom pl where they ask binary operations, and another longer math + english section
it's just algebra in terms of the math complexity, but it's mostly logic based
It’s giving SAT
pretty much, it's a very standardized test
imo I kind of liked it a bit better than lc bc in lc it's less standardized and more memorization dependent, but in the OA it's just familiarity with concpets
I felt I did the worst on the lc parts and the best in all other areas
so the final is just behavioral no technical questions? can i also ask abt your prev exp if u don’t mind?
