Let me guess, not am
MJ took the OA on Thursday last week. Communication was clear and they said within 2 business days they would lmk. today morning was rejected
do u know why
Just lmk if I’m rejected or moving on like AM ghosting everyone

So sorry to hear.
Did you pass all test cases on the coding assessment?
Apparently, there are certain questions on the behavioral which if answered incorrectly might lead to automatic rejection.
do u know which questions those were?
no
I do not know the exact questions.
This is what I've heard firsthand from other people who work at Meta.
As a general rule, I feel communication/collaboration/moving fast/asking for help are things that are prioritized over everything else.
Compared to other things such as taking initiative.
just wondering if he might be on a vacation
I have yet to hear back from him after oa and it has been several days
When did u take
10/17
did you take it earlier?
i did them on 10/16 too , havent heard back eversince.
even no replies during the followup
Yup AM doesn’t like replying to people. Maybe they should just shut down their email
Jk AM I love you please save me
He was nice enough to reply to my cold email and give me an OA
he sent oa to everyone that cold emailed
really?
Yeah I’ve heard
I thought there is some resume screen that happens before the oa
He sent OAs to everyone lol
if that's really the case, we might be doomed
thats why hes so back logged
is meta mass hiring, or is this just the recruiter's decision?
Why would he send everyone OAs?
Idk bro I’m not him
May I ask about when did you send the cold email? How long does it take to get the response?
