heres what the recruiter said on the call
This is all I gathered. Basically I passed and they had to get the offer approved by the VP but the VP said there was a lack of background fit for the role and or the team doesn’t need me right now (which doesn’t make sense because they are actively interviewing).

That’s why she was trying to see if there was anything she can do so she tried to push back and advocate for me
She learned more unfortunate timing

She doesn’t know if I can interview with other teams… it’s tricky some times bc multiple teams fall under the same vp so there aren’t other teams that might fit bc I’ll get rejected by the same vp.
