depends on OA performance also, if someone gives a perfect optimal solution in 10 minutes of seeing a question it might be a red flag. I usually give a brute force solution first and leave it commented out and then optimize that, so if anyone is actually reading the OA then they can see how I arrived at the solution

also it might be resume screening after. Or just RnG
