Not sure about TC yet but from what I've heard somewhere around 90-100k for first two years + 10k sign on + yearly 5k bonus unless you get promoted early. After that it gets a little higher around 120k + 20-30k bonus + yearly performance bonus I believe

It's a job which is what I need. I have 2-4 other offers but they are all smaller companies with much less pay. I do have an offer with my professor at my school to continue research and it'd be more than JP morgan, but I wouldn't have any guidance which I think I need as a new grad.

It's a well known company so def not bad. Recruiters will recognize the name on a resume. Not familiar with the SWE program in it though, and if you work on a old tech stack that could suck
