that sucks bro
would you say the problems were too hard or you were underprepared
The problems were easy I tried to overcomplicate it.
But I was able to solve all the questions and their follow ups but I think it needs to be perfect
damn that sucks. thank you for updating. how long after final did you hear back?

would be mad if people are accepted to get all strong hires nowadays
He said one technical was a hire and rest of them a lean hire
But I think they need all strong hires
oof. you have any tipsfor the googliness round?
@late pine 🥹

That’s sorry to hear, sounds super selective
Did the recruiter email you or give you a call to tell you?

Wtf the rec did not have belief in u
This isnt bad but still rejected
I don't think you need all strong hires, it depends on the person who gave strong hire / hire. If that person is able to defend the decision, you will be hired. Lean no hire / lean hire will also be defending their decision. HC will review why LH is given. Were there any valid red flags?
Guess u need one SH and no NH

any tips or advice for people takeing in upcoming weeks? How did you practice. And what topics were question focsed on ?
I have mine on Monday. So Im just sending it.
What is no hire?
Strong hires constitute < 5% of ratings. You only need to average a "Hire" to get hired. But it's inconsistent; a candidate with more "Lean Hires" can get hired with team match before HC in some cases. General rule of thumb is peak is more important than average. A candidate with 2 SH 2 LNH is more likely to get in than one with 4 LHs.
No? Op had H, LH, LH, SH (for behavioral)
Sorry mistook this thread with another one
