technical i just follow this:

1. Repeat the question.
2. Walk through an example to understand.
3. Approach, ask clarifying questions, make sure me and recruiter agree before I write code (even if bruteforce).
4. Code, write clean and modular code with good naming conventions, no global variables.
5. Test, do a dry run with test cases line by line.
6. Give time and space complexity.
7. Optimize if possible.
