the "second tech" is two technicals and then yuo do three behaviorals I believe
they may just not be doing the 2techs + 3 behaviorals bunched up because they needed more time after the techs to decide. It was kind of dumb last year to try to do them back to back they let a lot of people advance to tech and rejected them there

- U get rejection email
- U get call like me - u perform well but no hc
- U get offer
It takes a long time to get an offer. U need CEO approval
