is it true roblox RO conversion rate is like 50%?

and did u have to interview again?

not enough data points for a percentage but I think it is higher than it used to be

1 because summer-before-last they didnt give internationals ROs

2 because they used to be more about hiring from a broad backgrounds to get good non-traditional ppl but of course that came with more ppl who didn't work out

also intern -> intern is easier than inten -> ft

wait can u clarify this? has their system not always been to pick candidates who move on past oa entirely based on game performance? or do u mean how they decide who to give offers to out of the people that make it to final

it's secondhand from FTEs who have been there since before me
but to rationalize, I wouldn't be surprised if they have resume screen after the OAs? At least I would expect more ppl without previous experience to get it if they didn't

Getting offer after interview should not involve resume though

I had a good time, I would take it over big tech and almost all quant

but I got one of those exceptions so I'm not returning unless they can do offseason
