Location?
timeline?
it was during working hours
vancouver
didn’t feel too good about the coding but i did the OOD questions well
Congrats! I’m also in Canada. Waiting on Amazon to get back to me with result. May I know what your timeline was like?
@native bison how long have u been waiting for?
My final round was on Sep 20 so it has been 5 business days
aw dang i did mine on 9/19 and i’m still waiting
US or Canada?
us
Bro I been waiting since Aug 29 😭

The first 5 business days are the most painful
it’s gonna be painful until i get a response
Oml
been waiting since aug 23rd
💀
I dmed a recruiter from toronto and he asked who my recruiter was (didnt have one) so waiting for a reply
maybe he can tell us the current state of things in canada (head count issues? doesnt explain no waitlist email)
oh wait are both of you guys applying for canada
Lmk what he says bro, I've emailed twice and haven't gotten a response
Yeah
have u got any update??
Nah, @oak sail have u heard back from the recruiter
oh yea i dm-ed you about it. Perhaps its marked as spam?
Oh dang I see it
Hi may I dm you, please? I got an update from the Recruiter an hour ago, she didn't share any useful information, but asked some random questions about willingness to RTO 5 days and possible start date...
that is offer no?
not sure... I sent the follow-up email twice(one week, and 2 weeks after the interviews), and she replied with those questions (location: Canada) after the second follow-up email. The offer should be an official email sent by: asp-offersonboarding@amazon.com
i dont have anything i can help you with sorry.
I got rejected in the end by some recruiter who isnt even from canada or the states LMAO
imo I pretty much aced it but could be headcount issues (coping) and im not international either so no idea why I was straight out rejected and from a random recruiter rather than some automated email
just going to try next year since next years application surely starts sometime so my graduation date is still considered
you're most likely getting an offer
what were the recruiter initials?
