and then got second interview like 5 days later, two bitwise functions + resume technical deep dive on leadership+technical

no they don't do behavioral bs
but you gotta talk about leadership and decision making during the resume questions
and resolving conflicts
so it's a mix of technical and behavioral actually
for embedded it's literally just bitwise operations and data structures but for regular swe or ai/ml there's like no limit to what they can ask lmao
