So in the phone call, did the recruiter assess your fit and directly pipeline you to a technical interview with the team? Or did they assess your fit and then pipeline your resume to the technical teams, who may then decide based on the resume whether or not they want to interview you (meaning a rejection is still possible without an interview if none of the teams think you fit based on your resume)

Also do you mind sharing what they asked/talked about/looked for in the phone call (did they seem to look for key technical tools etc.)?
