from reddit - I've been seeing a lot of questions about the timeline so I guess it's time for an update!
It took about 3 days after my status changed from Completed to receive an official offer from Microsoft. That same week I was contacted by AskHR about the onboarding process. The actual onboarding process took a couple of months after signing the offer and they happened closer to my start date last May 2023.
