yeah :((. imma share something personal with u guys cuz it’s driving me crazy these processes. for rippling, i literally told the recruiter my sister got cancer which she does, so i couldn’t prepare for oa. they only gave me an hour extra ☠️. i ended up getting first question, second i got like 9/12 and last i got 8/10. still rejected. i don’t know what they want from me 😭 guessing they want perfect oas
