thats similar to my situation kinda. i worked in person for a few months then asked to work remote
then i was let go even tho the rest of the guys worked remote too
can they really just let you go if contract said 100% remote with travel on short notice? if they ask to travel everyday then its a breach of contract no?
Yeah I told them I had some reason I couldn't even though in contract it said 100% remote.
It was a one time trip but the heads up was too short notice.

ok make sense then, if you were going out of town or something you would have to let them know before. Same with me. I have to go to office sometimes and sometimes they tell me like 30-45 min before. I live 25 min away from there. But during a work week, they can do that. If i need to go somewhere then I let them know like a week before so they have someone to cover for me
