I have recently gone through the process with canonical. Its extremely annoying and long process. And they dont sponsor h1b in most of the cases. They told me they might do if my performance is exceptional after I join. I went throught almost 10 rounds(finished final round also) and got rejected

And the pay is very low considering the market and the number of rounds they take
