trivial to look into it's kinda weird.

long story short it was terrible last 1-2 years. this year we "suspect" it'll be better as this year has been the first time team matching of any sort has been implemented

it's a crap shoot at end of day. even getting a highly reccomend rating from manager may not be enuf - hr still needs to do their part which we'll hear back about around late sept early oct
