I was auto assigned. I can't remember the exact locations on the application but if Bay Area was an option I put that as my top preference, Seattle second

Yup 3x60 but the third was more like 40. exp - T5 university, one internship at a diff FAANG

I didn't look at the tagged LCs so I'm not completely sure, but it was OOD heavy with some follow up questions. It wasn't too bad in terms of complexity, I just focused on clean code and making sure to explain all my decision clearly

It's the new grad SDE role (id:2644301). I solved the LC but they were more OOD style so a lot of the time was spent talking through different follow ups. LPs went ok, I think there were areas I could have done better but overall pretty solid

What were the most helpful resources for OOD in retrospect?

so you had 2 LCs and they were OOD style, so you didnt have a third coding question?

It's hard to say, I kinda just reviewed basic OOD concepts and did some of the "design" category on leetcode. Other than that I just focused on making sure I explained different approaches and defended the one I thought was best

Correct just 2 problem statements but both had a bunch of additional follow ups that kinda changed the problem

Yeah I'm in a similar situation, would definitely prefer to stay in CA but from what I'm seeing there isn't much option to transfer

Nah I didn't get any surveys between time of applying and time of offer. Just whatever was on the application
