Get rid of incoming intern
no big issue with hr resume
*ur
id usually tell ppl to be more specific with the “how”, but actually i feel ur resume reads well
my main question is what is a golden record
other than that, can decide if the resume link is spam to other ppl applies to u, but i think ur resume is more than good
to pass
Is there a reason why? Just wondering
If someone reads it, what does it tell me about u?
nothing
cause u did nothing
there
u could go to google, and it still means nothing
cause u did nothing yet
resume is a showcase ur skills and what uve done
In master data management, a golden record is basically a record that serves as single source of truth
Got it maybe replace with single source of truth? idk.
overall minor critique
looks good to me
I feel if u improve / rewrite it ull be at a diminishing return stage
Sounds good, thank you! Just a quick followup question, do you think my lack of projects (basically 0) would hinder me?
I have projects on github and my site, but I used the space on my resume for activities instead
It says you are going to have more work experience with certain languages in the future, so its definitely not useless. I'd say its less useful if you already have internships, and I wouldn't sacrifice project space for it tbh
unless you have no good projects
but projects are often what hiring managers/recruiters will take interest in for your interviews
so if you have a good one keep it on there
So maybe replace a couple of the activities with a project?
Yeah, you can also try to reduce the wording of some of your lines in your experience section to make them one line
For example the first bullet on the 3rd experience is only two more words, so you can probably find a way to reword it to make it one line
no bc he just guessing
i could say i work at google
with whatever tech stack
i dont have a clue till im there
doesnt reflect anything on him
even if not guessing his other projects if it is important can reflect that skillset already
so yeah +1 to not sacrifice project space for ex to it
I don't see anywhere where he said he was guessing, its possible to know because you can talk with a team member before and they will tell you the tech stack. I knew my tech stack last year and did the same as him and its helped me get processes this summer
But sure if you don't know I see the point
yeah i guess im just more of a purist, end the day not the end the world / doesnt rlly matter
