Finally, someone asked, I appreciate you ðŸ˜
• July 1st: Started feeling slightly more overwhelmed than usual. Job search stress began to pile up, and I noticed my motivation dipping.
• July 15th: Mid-month, the stress became more persistent. I was struggling to stay focused and started withdrawing from social activities.
• August 1st: By now, the feeling of being overwhelmed turned into persistent fatigue. I was having trouble sleeping and waking up tired most days.
• August 15th: Things started to feel heavier. I noticed I was losing interest in things I usually enjoy, and my mood was increasingly low.
• August 21st: Now, about a month and a half later, the weight of everything is much more noticeable. It’s hard to stay positive, and I’m finding it difficult to push through each day.
take care of yourself!! Its ok to go away for an week, get high and come back!!
might sound trivial/cliche but running really helped me when i was in the pits during the pandemic... was an amateur and just started running as slow and far as i could handle
little by little everyday
things will get better op...🫶
we have the same timeline unfortunately, I cant help but if you ever feel overwhelmed and wanna complain plz dm me
i can relate to it all
Best way is to exhaust your body, go for an run, and come back tired eat and sleep, @dusk prairie suggestion is helpful.
Not kidding! I am literally going through but mine started way earlier tho like May. Couldn’t get out of my room for most days.
For mental peace started running every day, highly suggest running maybe?
aerobic activity works really well yeah
any brain fog?
i literally have that
what do u suggest regardless if they say y/ n
I'm right there with you. They recommend obvious things: get good sleep, meditate, exercise
I mostly feel it when I feel like I have a lack of control for my life, which is happening now lol. Idk what to suggest tbh. Maybe write down your problems so at least you've taken some actionable step to resolving them
Thanks for the support guys! Seems like there are a lot of us struggling to find a job… but nothing good comes easy. Hoping for the best for everyone here! You guys are awesome
