What you decide to bold if you decide to bold at all is subjective. I’ve talked to recruiters who like technologies bolded so they can quickly see if u match

I kept the summary section before because my school is well known and it helps bring up the grad year, plus I customize this to the job I apply to

my school is also well known, I suggest removing it lol but to each their own
For customization different resumes for different type of jobs is good
